Holy Trainer V3 Review – Part1

My new Holy Trainer V3 has arrived! The only complaint I have so far (and it’s very minor!) is that it took a tiny bit longer to get here than I hoped.. I did pay for expedited shipping, hoping to get my Jail Bird off to Mature Metal as soon as possible. It still took about 2-3 days before I even heard that the order had been processed and shipped, and by then it was the weekend so I didn’t expect too much. I then recieved a tracking notification from the shipping company with an ETA of this past Monday, so I was very excited that whole day at work, anxious to get home and try it out! But alas, there were no packages on my doorstep that evening, and when I checked the tracking link again it was still in Switzerland… Luckily, Overnight Post as it is, it DID arrive in my town by Tuesday though and since I wasn’t home at the time I was able to sign for the delivery on Wednesday of this week.
As far as plastic chastity devices go, this really is a thing of beauty! My only other experiences with plastic is the CB-xxxx line, so I will mainly be comparing this to the CB-6000s which I spent most of my time locked in back in the days prior to going with custom steel.
Breaking Out of the CB-6000S

So, that title is actually very literal… I am currently “out,” because my CB-6000S broke! I had been doing ok with that device since sending the Queen’s Keep back for some size adjustments, though the CB-6000s is definitely not NEARLY as comfortable as the keep! The main issue I’d been having for the last week was that all the pieces of the base ring would still keep catching a stray pubic hair every once in a while, and I’d definitly feel it! I got in there and shaved it as much as possible, but that’s not really the easiest thing to do in chastity without taking the device completely off.
However, Friday night I was woken up at about 3:00 AM feeling like something was really pinching me down there. At first I thought it was just the hair thing, so I reached down to take care of that. I couldn’t seem to find any hairs stuck, but over on the right side of the cage it seemed like (somehow) a small piece of actual skin was wedged up into the ring, causing the pinching. I couldn’t figure out in the dark how that was happening, so ended up getting up to go to the bathroom and investigate. That’s when I found that it was broken, but not in a way that you would expect of these plastic devices!

Queen’s Keep vs. CB-6000s

This post is far overdue! I intended to write up something like this way back towards the beginning of my blog, when I transitioned from wearing a CB-6000s to the Queen’s Keep. I wanted to give a good side-by-side comparison of the two, but as I got into writing pretty much solely about my experiences in the Queen’s Keep, it kind of dropped off of my radar… Until now!
Now that my Queen’s Keep has been sent back to Mature Metal for some adjustments, and I am back to wearing the CB-6000s again in the interim, I am beginning to remember a lot of the differences between the two devices, and I do already miss being locked in the Keep! 🙂
These items are in no particular order, I pretty much just wrote them down as I thought of them. This will likely continue to be a work in progress too, so if there are additional things that you would like to know about either/both of these devices feel free to ask!
Downsizing the Keep – Back to the CB-6000S

I wrote a post recently (Re-Sizing the Keep) about how I’ve been having a few “fitting” issues with the Queen’s Keep. This came as a little bit of a surprise to me at first since I had been able to wear it for so long already with no issues at all, but I’ve learned that over time your body can start changing in chastity and the device might need to be adjusted a bit. For starters, I am going down to a slightly smaller base ring, but found that the gap size on that one was way to small. I sent the ring back to Mature Metal to increase the gap, but I failed to include the cage itself at the time. I didn’t realize at the time that this was necessary, plus I was still WEARING the cage with my larger base ring!
When I got the ring back, I tried it on right away and it did seem to make a world of difference with the wider gap. However, it wasn’t very long before it was still rubbing the scrotum pretty badly again. So, last Friday morning I had to ask Angel for the keys back so I could take it off to re-assess the situation. I ended up stayed unlocked for a few full days so everything could get really healed up properly. In the mean time, I was trying to figure out what else could be causing this problem.
I put the ring and cage back together (off of my body) and immediately saw a potential problem. Since adjusting the gap size, the cage is way off center, all the way over to the right side of the base ring! I thought when I was wearing it last week it seemed like everything was always kind of falling back to the left side most of the time, so clearly that’s because there was a lot more space on that side to work with! I will say up front that it is not Mature Metal’s fault that this happened… They did warn me that they needed to have the cage to make sure the alignment was correct, but I opted to take the risk and just hope that it still came back ok. I would be willing to bet that this is probably a big part of why it’s rubbing so much now, so the whole thing will need to go back to Mature Metal one more time to make it right.

I had a series of questions from a reader that I wanted to share on here, about Mature Metal Devices and effects of Long Term Chastity on the psyche. For some background, this actually started on a different forum where a question was raised about the longest period of time that people have been locked in a chastity device. I shared that I had made it just over 4 full months of being continuously locked (see that story here). This led to a rather lengthy private conversation with this gentleman (Fantiesiza) about what device I was using and generally how I “dealt with” being locked for that long. I had a question from a reader regarding my opinion on purchasing a CB-6000 chastity device vs. saving that money to put towards a custom metal device. I realized that I’ve spent pretty much the entire last year or so just raving about my own custom device, and haven’t really talked for quite a while about the other devices that I used to lead up to this. So, I thought I would publish this question & answer in case anybody else might also care to read about it..

Happy Thanksgiving, everybody! Angel and I have gone out of town for the weekend with some family, and of course with me still being locked up tight! I will have to check again to be sure, but I believe that by the time we get home from this trip I will have hit a new personal record for duration of a chastity session! Then it will just be a matter of waiting to see how much longer it will be before EmlaLock releases the keys back to us, and at that point waiting for ANGEL to decide when she wants to let me out!
I was looking back through my blog the other day, reminiscing about where I was a year ago. Chastity was nothing new to me at that point, but I had only recently recieved my custom-ordered Queen’s Keep in the mail. I was still trying it out, and seeing how much more comfortable stainless steel was to wear than the plastic CB-6000s I had been using previously! Angel didn’t even know at that point that I had the Queen’s Keep, and I was very nervous about what her reaction would be to it!

The River Chaste

The more/longer I am locked in chastity, I find that I’ve gotten so used to it that at times it is very easy to completely forget all about it! That happened this past weekend. One thing that Angel and I really enjoy doing in the summertime is taking our boat out and cruising around on the local rivers. It has been kind of a crappy season so far this year with lots of rain, flooding, unpredictable currents, etc. Finally, this past weekend was nearly perfect out there! The weather was very nice with lots of sunshine, and when we arrived at one of our favorite places to anchor we found that the current was not strong at all this time–meaning we could safely do some swimming off the back of the boat without having to worry as much about being swept too far downstream!
Angel was the first to jump in and start swimming around the boat. After making sure that some friends who were with us would keep an eye on our 4-year old, I dove right in to join her. After several minutes of having a good time and trying to convince our son to jump in too, it suddenly occured to me that I couldn’t feel the Queen’s Keep down there! I stealthily slipped a hand into my trunks to check, and was pleased to find everything still in place, locked and secure!

Mature Metal Measuring: Take Two

A couple months ago I had a whole post about Measuring and Ordering from Mature Metal. I got the measuring rings and spent quite a bit of time trying to make sure my measurements were just right. They were pretty darn good, but I wanted to revisit this just a little bit to see what kind of changes I might make if I were ever to order again. I thought I had done a pretty good job of doing these measurements while at my “smallest,” but of course it is reasonable to expect that just the simple thoughts of DOING this type of measuring is probably enough to increase the bloodflow down there for most guys! 🙂
Queens Keep: The First 48 Hours

I’ve just finished up my longest test so far of the Queen’s Keep: about 48 hours worth. The good news is that I’m seeing no ill-effects so far, like bad rubbing or chafing anywhere! I had the CB-6000s sized as well as was possible for me, but this custom device really does blow it away in terms of being comfortable. (At least as “comfortable” as one can expect from having their junk locked up in a metal cage! Lol)

Temporary Freedom

I’m out! After basically 7 weeks of being locked continuously in the CB-6000s, Angel did decide to go ahead and take it off last night. Officially I’d have to call it a good 49 days (maybe a few hour shy of that), making this the second longest duration I’ve gone to date. My personal longest right now is 60 days, just a little bit short of 9 full weeks.

Denial 25 Hours a Day

Yes, I know there are only 24 hours in a day… except once per year! Generally speaking I hate the time of year when we come off of Daylight Savings Time, because it just gets dark way too early now. But the one good thing that comes from it is the extra hour everybody gets to sleep… Or play, of course!

Chastity as a Lifestyle

Besides the sex game aspect of chastity, the other part of the equation are the lifestyle changes it requires. Of course here, it mainly only affects me, as the person locked in a device. In the beginning there were a few “growing pains” (no pun intended!) of trying to get used to wearing the device. I’ve gotten through all of that though, to the point it actually feels quite natural having a hard ring/cage wrapping around my genitals! Dare I say it almost even feels more strange to be OFF at this point! There are other issues to consider though for long-term chastity to be viable…

Of course there are some details I didn’t spend time to elaborate on, but in general that is a good description of my journey into the lifestyle. Well, for better or for worse, I think I’ve done it! Sarah Jameson very adamantly warned to “Be Careful What You Wish For,” and I have this feeling I’ll be finding out just how true that is! It would seem that my beautiful wife who once “humored” my desire to be locked up, now is starting to really embrace male chastity for me, and even starting to get a little hooked on the “power” that comes from key-holding! Yes, I did ask for this so don’t think I’m complaining… At this time I can’t imagine ever having regrets about it, but I certainly do hope I can handle anything else that might come my way down the road!

Getting More Into Key-Holding

I had finally gotten the courage to have “The Conversation” with my wife (Angel) about my desire to be kept in chastity, and she was going along with it! I can’t say she was completely on board at first, because I know there was a lot that she didn’t understand about it, and she has since told me that she did think it was a little weird in the beginning. First Time Key-Holder

After a few years of flying solo in regards to chastity, the whole idea got put on the back-burner for a while, and my CB-6000s was packed away for an indefinite period, when I met the woman who would end up becoming my wife (Angel). Angel and I met on an online dating site, had a couple very good in-person dates, then started seeing each other nearly every day. We have shared pretty much every aspect of our lives together since that time, but even with her it was very difficult and took a long time to open up about the fact that I enjoyed being locked in chastity and really wished to have someone else hold the keys and control how often I was allowed to orgasm!

Today, I am honored to have a beautiful wife who very willingly and happily holds the keys to my chastity device, and decides if/when it comes off. But it has not always been this way. When I first started experimenting with these devices, I was on my own. I really enjoyed the feeling of being locked up and not able to touch myself, but of course since the keys were right there I always had the option of letting myself out whenever I felt like it. Kind of defeats the purpose of chastity, right?
