Chastity as a Lifestyle

Besides the sex game aspect of chastity, the other part of the equation are the lifestyle changes it requires.  Of course here, it mainly only affects me, as the person locked in a device. In the beginning there were a few “growing pains” (no pun intended!) of trying to get used to wearing the device. I’ve gotten through all of that though, to the point it actually feels quite natural having a hard ring/cage wrapping around my genitals!  Dare I say it almost even feels more strange to be OFF at this point!  There are other issues to consider though for long-term chastity to be viable…

First, keeping the device clean is VERY important!  It doesn’t seem to take very long before it can start getting a bit smelly…  I clean it out thoroughly with each shower, using a very small foam brush I found somewhere, probably meant for some sort of detailed craft work or something.  I squeeze some body wash onto the end of it then poke it through the slit at the end of the CB-6000s. That lets me get in there and scrub the inside of the device.  I will also use the same brush or a washcloth to clean the inside of the base ring, against the skin. Then I can either shoot water in there straight from the shower head, or use the same brush to rinse everything out so it’s pretty much as good as new again!  After the shower I’ve found that Angel’s hair dryer on low setting is the most effective for getting everything completely dry.  Hers also has a button to press for cool air, which is great to keep sensitive parts from getting too hot!

The next issue with long-term chastity is a big question most people who ever try it probably have in the beginning. How do you pee?  Standing, of course, is pretty much out of the question.  Sitting isn’t usually too bad as long as you can get everything lined up with the slit at the end of the cage.  Being TOO soft, and only filling about half of the cage, is one thing I personally run into from time to time making it that much more difficult to go without splattering… But no worries, I can usually fold a square of toilet paper enough to slide in there and soak up the bulk of it.  When I think about it, I also like to carry a small baggy with a few q-tips in my back pocket, so I can also use those to help clean up in those situations.  There’s always a chance of a small bit of leftover residue, but as long as it gets cleaned fairly regularly as I described above it’s not too big of an issue.

I think the biggest issue for peeing has to be with public bathrooms.  Large venues are usually ok, but it is amazing to me how many men’s rooms only have a single stall, next to 2-3 urinals! And if it happens to be in use.. I know I notice it a lot more now that I have to do ALL of my business in a stall but I can say that can be a very painful wait sometimes even when NOT locked up! 🙂

The next issue I have sometimes with chastity is just how I move in general. It doesn’t really affect simple walking, but I do have to be careful when bending over to put on my shoes, etc. to make sure nothing is getting squeezed the wrong way! I have to be careful about laying down on my stomach as well, for the same reasons. Sometimes, I can be walking along like normal and suddenly have a stray hair get stuck in the device and get pulled out.. This can be somewhat painful so I do have to be aware of the possibly and take care not to make too big of a scene if it happens in a public place!

Finally, I also have to keep in mind: what happens if I try to go somewhere where you have to go through a metal detector? Airports are the obvious place that comes to mind first. I’m not an exhibitionist by any means and would probably be way too much of a chicken to ever even think of trying that! Fortunately I don’t fly much, and I know Angel would have no issues unlocking me for a trip like that. I worry sometimes about getting a random wand, or pat-down, entering a sporting event or something but so far that hasn’t happened [Knocking on wood…] so guess we’ll cross that bridge if/when it gets here!

The fact is that even when locked up, the vast majority of life still goes on having absolutely nothing to do with chastity. Overall, the main lifestyle changes are related to the extra time required in your daily routine to maintain the device, to use the bathroom, etc. Is it really that big of a deal? Generally, no! Is it worth it for the times when the “game” kicks into high gear? HELL YES!!
