Angel and I will be embarking on a long awaited vacation next week, and it absolutely cannot get here soon enough!  We’re going to be letting grandparents take care of the boys for a while so we can take a full week long trip to probably the most tropical area in the continental U.S.: the Florida Keys!  Outside of a little day trip where we drove down there a couple years ago while staying elsewhere in South Florida, I haven’t been to this location for probably 20 years or so, and I’ve been wanting to get Angel there with me for quite some time to enjoy the relaxing atomosphere, some world class SCUBA diving, etc.  So when an opportunity presented itself to spend an entire week there with just the two of us, we both jumped at the chance!

To be clear, I have no idea at this point if any other types of “keys” will be involved while we are IN the Keys!  I fully intend to continue wearing the Jail Bird until (if/when) the time comes that Angel decides to let me out.  If she decides not to even BRING the keys to my chastity device with us, that is completely up to her!  We have been talking about this and planning things for weeks now, and I believe there will be PLENTY of fun, even rather “kinky” things going on between us throughout the week, whether I am ever unlocked or not!

It also happens to be my birthday week, which could make things even MORE fun and interesting!  Even just since last year, Angel has come soo far to the point where she really seems to enjoy (and even get off herself sometimes) while paddling me, so I can only imagine what kind of Birthday Spanking I might be in for this year!  I told Angel a couple of weeks ago after a particularly intense playtime that what I would really like for my birthday is to just spend a whole week as her little “bitch,” letting her use and get herself off on me any way and as often as she wants, not even caring in the least if MY count remains at zero for the week.  Angel just got that beautiful smile back on her face again and said we could definitely do that!  I know in a lot of ways, to a lot of people that would seem like more of a gift to HER, but it truly does make me very happy and almost giddy inside at the thought of being able to “serve” Angel this way for an extended period, with no kids or any other obligations standing in the way!

Of course we’re going to be doing plenty of fun, outdoorsey things during the week so we aren’t exactly going to be too public with our “kinks.”  But once behind closed doors all bets are off!  🙂  I have at least a couple things up my sleeve that I’ve been planning for Angel and I know she’s been thinking of some too.  From her, there have already been a few not so subtle hints of one thing she would like to do to me… probably involving a chair, some restraints, and her magic wand…  I can’t wait to see her plan in action!  We are trying not to hype it up too much in our minds though, beyond what can reasonably be feasible to ACTUALLY do on this trip.  A fantasy is one thing, but sometimes acting it out in real life can end up going much differently than planned..  That’s also why I’m not going to write too much here and now about “planned” activities.  I’d much rather wait and write about the true highlights AFTER the fact!

In a way I feel a little bit bad about leaving the kids behind so we can go splurge on a nice vacation for ourselves.  But then again.. I don’t really feel bad about it!  🙂  As someone else pointed out recently, if the kids weren’t being provided for properly and all of their needs being met it would be one thing.  But everything is all good on that front.  I know that they will be safe and well taken care of while we are gone, and it will be so nice to have a brief break from life in general!  As that same someone also said recently, eventually (years down the road) the kids will be gone.  Off doing their own things with their own families.  Then it will be just the two of us again.  So it’s important to keep that spark alive between us so we don’t end up with an empty nest and nothing in common anymore!  Unfortunately that seems to happen to a lot of couples who end up finding that the kids were the only thing keeping them together for so many years…  I do not want that to be Angel and I!

Anyway sorry to get off on a little bit of a tangent there…  I’m not sure how many new posts it will end up taking to adequately tell the story of our little kinky vacation coming up here, or how quickly I’ll be able to churn them out (during or soon after we return), but stay tuned for much more to come on this!
